CELEBRITY VISIT TO AMMERSEE

Time and again, we welcome public figures to the Ammersee Hotel. So we are on safe ground when we say: it never gets boring here! Now it was that time again. The beach in front of the Ammersee Hotel was chosen by the ARD camera team as the location for an interview with the well-known humorist Wigald Boning.

Wigald Boning is a successful comedian, dubbing artist, musician and television presenter. He has received numerous awards for his extensive life’s work, including the Bavarian Television Award and the Bambi.

Swimming in the Ammersee

When he’s not on stage, you’ll often find him running, cycling or – and this is no exaggeration – swimming every day! For over 760 days he has been jumping into the cold water every day – often into his home lake, our beautiful Ammersee!
